Valentine’s Day Digital Escape Room

This Valentine’s Day digital escape room provides students with the opportunity to work independently or with their peers to solve 11 Valentine’s Day-themed challenges. Students must solve these required challenges to “escape” the English teacher workroom supply closet they accidentally got locked in.

This is a perfect activity to help build community and engage students in social-emotional learning for 6th, 7th or 8th grade. This digital escape room should take your students about 30 minutes to complete from start to finish. Times will vary depending on the students.

  • Once this Valentine’s Day Digital Escape Room is purchased, the teacher will get access to a Google Form link that is 100% editable and customizable for your classroom needs.
  • No prep is required from the teacher or students – all that is needed is a teacher Google Drive account. Students can use Google Forms without having a Google account.

This Valentine’s Day Digital Escape Room is also included in the Full Year Digital Escape Room Mega Bundle

Valentine’s Day Digital Escape Room – Teacher Feedback:

  1. “We all know how hard it is to keep the middle schoolers attention on Valentine’s Day. This activity was very helpful and the students had a lot of fun doing it. Thank you!”
  2. “This was the first escape room I’ve used and the students LOVED the challenge! Perfect activity that was educational and held their attention. Thank you!”
  3. “I used this resource as an end to our Valentine’s Day unit and students absolutely loved it. I had students solve riddles in pairs and the competitive aspect of the time limits really excited them. A great resource!”
  4. “Such a great Valentine treat for my students and very engaging.. They loved navigating each challenge. I used it for individuals, not teams but students talked with their friends when trying to solve some challenges. My Valentine gift to them!”
  5. “This was a great resource for my AVID students to work on communicating with their partner instead of defaulting to me the second they feel stuck. It also let them practice reading the directions. Tasks varied in difficulty which was perfect because some tasks they’d sail through, boosting their confidence and drive, while others took more time. I am very pleased with this assignment!”
